Decent Little coffee maker. It is actually smaller than it looks in the Marketing picture. The cups are tiny and short so to get a real cup of coffee in regards to the amount, you have to brew enough to fill both cups and drink one at a time. I am trying to find a larger single cup that will fit under the spout so I don't have to brew cup of coffee into two cups.Now to the NEGATIVES - Poorly designed for two main reasons. The way it sits on a table, the reservoir isn't level and a portion of water doesn't get into the drain hole to get heated so at the end of the cycle you have to either tilt it back so the water drains into brew hole or leave the water in the reservoir and have less coffee brewed. The biggest NEGATIVE is the coffee filter and basket holder slips out and hangs out half way during the brew! Doesn't stay put while brewing so you have to push it back in and it flops out in a few seconds. I think it is barely held in by the guide rails and when the grounds get soaked and heavy with water the mass is leaning outward and the filter/holder naturally slips off the guides and tilts forward. I finally got tired of pushing it back in and now have a piece of tape from the lid down to the front of the holder and it holds it in, I just have to pull the tape up and it lifts the lid so I can add water and coffee, then close the lid and press the tape and the basket stays put for the brew. I would not recommend this Coffee brewer for those annoying reasons. Also it doesn't have an automatic shut off so you have to remember to turn off the switch or it may burn out the heating elements.
