The difference in taste between pod coffee and the Keurig is night and day. So much more flavor and each cup is half the price. And there are sooooo many pods out there. I am drinking a Tanzanian coffee and a French Saigon style.Operation of the machine is extremely simple once you realize that you MUST put the pod in the tray flat side up otherwise it won't seal. It also is important to make sure the pod is centered nicely in the tray. Neither of those items are difficult. Basically don't just toss the pod into the tray without paying attention.The coffee that comes with the machine is okay. Not bad ... not great. Just a good cup of joe in the morning.Anyway ... if you want more from your coffee than a Keurig can give you and want to save a lot of money while getting better coffee. Definitively give this a try!

I am a big fan of the open-source coffee pod systems. They can produce excellent coffee. They produce very little waste. And they are far cheaper than the proprietary K-cup or other systems. The Senseo coffee makers are a huge disappointment, however. The latest Senseo makers, do not really extract the good stuff from the coffee, don't last long and give a plastic smell and taste to the coffee.In contrast, I've been using this SunCafe system for many weeks now and I love it. It gives a range of cup sizes. After a few uses give no plastic smell or taste. Most important it really sends hot water through the pod at pressure with no leaking around the pod edges, as can happen with Senseo makers if the pods are not quite the right size. This has a much better mechanism. The thing looks nice too. I am fully satisfied with it.I hope the pod format keeps going. Great products like this are the key.

Very prompt service from the seller. Machine is well designed. Unlike other similar machines the buttons and controls are away from the flowing liquids, which is the achiles heel of other similar products. Haven't used it for long but first impressions are it works well. Coffee is good as long as you don't push the max amount of water through the little pod.
