This is the best coffeemaker that I haveever owned as it has so many features such aschlorine filter, beeper that lets you know it's through brewing or ready to automatically shut off. However, I need a new glass carafeand I'm unable to locate one locally.

We had this coffee maker for about 8 months. Happy with the coffee, but the unit seemed to leak a bit from the bottom leaving dark stains under the machine. Also, the carafe cracked after a few months of use, it was very difficult to find a replacement and expensive! Within 2 months we had the carafe crack again, doing nothing different than we've done with other pots in the past that lasted for years. Beware if you buy it!

We are on Mr. Coffee Model: ISX23 #2 in as many months. After about 2 - 3 weeks of normal use it just stops brewing after 2 cups and leaves the remaining water sitting in the reservoir. This is even after cleaning out the coffee maker several times. Am very disappointed as I thought Mr. Coffee had quality merchandise.
