Don't waste your money! We had one of these for a little over three years. It has a 3 year warranty. A few days ago, we noticed it shuts off at the end of the brewing cycle. This means the coffee immediately starts to cool off. The instruction manual tells how to set the timer to shut off the warming plate anywhere from 0 to 4 hours. We have tied this repeatedly over the past several days, and it still shuts off the warming plate immediately at the end of the brewing cycle. I tried in vain to look on the internet for a solution to this problem. I did find one site ([...]) that has over 400 complaints about this coffee maker, many involving fires from malfunctions in the product. I will try to find a replacement made in the USA. Cusinart used to be made in the USA, but now many (if not all) are made in, you guessed it...CHINA.
