one hour cold coffee
First time using it it took over a hour to brew 8 cups of coffee. After brewing was complete it was only warm and not at all hot... Very disappointed...The second attempt only the indicator light came on but no operation/cycle was performed. Now im told im responsible for all shipping to get repairs made. I paid 34.99 plus shipping for a model #PCM815 now im looking at another $20.00 for additional shipping. Its JUNK. Dont bother with it.
