Short and sweet - The Imperia Pasta machine is the same machine my mother in law uses to this day in italy to make her homemade pasta for tortelini, tagliateli, lasagne, and more. It is simple and easy to use and if kept clean and treated well, should last a lifetime.

We have tried several recipes with this product. The quality is excellent, although it can be difficult with one person preparing more than one pound of Pasta. Regardless of how it is clamped on the table, it seems to wobble quite a bit. You will need to clean it out after each batch, for the pasta sticks in the holes. We found a toothpick to be quite helpful.In general I rate this product a 4.
