My family got this coffee maker just less then two years ago. We used, cleaned and kept up with the instructions exactly as they were spelled out in the guide. The coffee was good, the timer worked well. However a couple days ago it just stopped working. It gave us no sign that there was any trouble. I do not think that a Mr, Coffee will take the place this one left. It just seems to me that one should last more then 24 months. Making only one pot of coffee a day. It was a good price for the product, just not worth the time and trouble to replace one with another.

Paid too much for this at Lowes. Not entirely happy with the coffee it brewed. It worked for about three weeks and now it slowly brews approximatly half a pot and boils the rest of the water dry. Cleaning the machine with vinegar has made no difference in the brewing.

The carafe is like an eggshell on this thing. One little bump against the side of the sink and you are off to get a new pot for $12.00. We are on our third one so far. Don't bother.
